Thank you for using Tenso JAPAN.
Effective July 8, 2026, the electronic filing (eFiling) of product safety certification data—as mandated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)—will become fully compulsory for shipments to the United States.

■ Requests and Important Notes for Customers
Compliance Verification and Document Preparation
It is the customer's (consignee/purchaser's) responsibility to determine whether the items to be shipped fall under CPSC regulations and to prepare or obtain the necessary documentation (such as CPC/GCC). Please verify this information with the manufacturer or the seller in advance.
Restrictions Based on Shipping Method
Presentation or submission of this certification information (e.g., data in English) is mandatory at the time of shipment. We cannot accept shipments destined for the United States for items where such certification information is not provided.
Disclaimer
We cannot be held liable for any issues—such as confiscation or return by U.S. Customs, or delivery delays—resulting from insufficient or incomplete documentation. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in such cases, including round-trip shipping fees and handling charges.
When forwarding packages containing applicable items to the United States, we kindly ask that you verify the shipping carrier's policies and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared before proceeding with the shipment (and payment).
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth customs clearance and reliable delivery.
Thank you for your continued patronage of Tenso JAPAN.
[Apology] Regarding delays in receiving and consolidating packages
Currently, we are experiencing a rapid increase in the volume of shipments, far exceeding our normal processing capacity.
This may cause delays of several days in updating your My Page with confirmation of receipt and package consolidation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause.
We are urgently implementing measures such as increasing staff and allowing employees to work overtime.
We ask for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

[Important] Information on FedEx shipping to the US
Currently, due to the opaque and unclear US customs system and regulations put in place by the US Administration, Japan Post has suspended international mail (EMS, international parcel post).
Tenso JAPAN is now accepting shipments to the US via FedEx.
Due to the suspension of the de minimis tax exemption system, which was previously available for imports of goods under $800 to the US, we will accept shipments on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
When shipping via FedEx, a flat 20% of the invoice amount (15% tariffs fee + 5% shipping company fee) will be charged along with the shipping fee.
Invoice amounts must be entered by the customer. Please note it is illegal to undervalue the product amounts. If the amount is obviously undervalued, we will update it to the correct amount.
Please note that FedEx cannot ship food, health foods, beverages, supplements, skin care products, makeup, hair and body care products, hygiene products, etc.
Please kindly wait until international mail resumes.
If you would like to ship via FedEx, please contact customer support. We will provide you with a shipping quote.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
