How to apply for our combining service
1.Log in and proceed to the My Account page.
On the My Account page, there will be a list of processed packages you have ordered that have been delivered to Tenso JAPAN.
*We are not able to combine packages that have already been paid for as they are already being prepared for shipment.
2.Select the packages you wish to combine from the list and then click on “Apply for Combining”.
- For customers who have a delivery address other than “01”, please select you desired address number here.
- After selecting, click Search.
3.Select the packages you wish to combine from the list and then click on “Apply for Combining”.
4. If there are no problems with the combining request, click on “OK”.
5. Check the contents of the application and when we have completed the combining procedure we will notify you via email.
- Combined packages
- Should we not be able to combine a package you have requested package combining for, the order number of the package that cannot be combined will be displayed here. Should we be able to combine all of the packages you wish to combine, “No forwarding orders applicable” will be displayed.
- Click on the URL in the email, log in and check the details under the new combining package order number. Please complete payment of the forwarding fee as per usual.
6.Once we receive confirmation of the forwarding fee payment, we will send your package the next working day.
